Hi everybody.
I 'll start on the weekends some vocal/airflow exercises
to ease the disability, and eventually I'll practice everyday.
But I must start in small steps.

The question is that I don;t know wich exercise I
should start first with: "N.L.P.", or "valsava mechanism",
or other two technique tha I stored here in my PC.

Also, I've heard that a book sold in Amazon, offers great help...Can somebody shed me a light on that?

I have also started to do the breathing exercises as well. For me i put my self purposely in stressful situations.

The technique i use is when i have to answer a question.

1)Hold your breath for 5-6 secs and wait for yourself to calm down.

2)Then try to say the words out softly and slowly whiles breathing outwards.

3)I know it is very time consuming and inpractical, but try it with your family 2-3 times per day.
