hiya everyone sorry i havent been on here in a while. I have been so busy wiv school n stuff.

recently i feel my stuttering getting worst. I feel scared that im going to stutter then i do. If that makes sence lol.

Wow, an name from the past, welcome back. We understand you have a life. We are not all stuck on our stutter. Welcome back and don't be a stranger.

The 1st thing you have to do is not be scared to talk in case you stutter. If you have negative thoughts about your speech you will stutter from the start. If I think that i am going to stutter before I speak then I do. You need to think positive and that you are going to speak fluently.

You need to take things a step at a time and you should notice your speech becomes better.

Hiya,

Can you identify any reason why it may have started getting worse ? School stress / workload increase, etc etc...

Yes, yes, and yes. Any type of stress will exacerbate the stutter. But like the wise dudes said , try to chill re:thinking about it. If you stutter, you stutter. As long as people don't provide the air you breath, why worry about what they think.

Easier said then done, I know, but just something to think about.
