okay i dont know if this is because of stuttering or not. But im a worried person in ex. when i drive i always worry if ill crash what will happen, or if i have to go somewhere i wonder who ill encounter and if ill have to talk or not and things like that. im wondering if that is because of stuttering or if thats something else? because sometimes im not even nervous or anythin but still get a fast heart beat or like sweat coming down not literally but that feeling like when sweat runs through ur body for a second. And sometimes i dont even care wat happens or anything but the feeling is still there and it bothers me more then stuttering itself. can anyone help me out?

Don't know if I can help you, but I do understand what you are feeling. I am an super worrier, not warrior like in my dreams, even something like cutting someone off, by accident or on purpose. My jaw muscles are so sore, when I visit the dentist, I can't leave my mouth open for long. He tells me I'm too tensed. If you find something out, let me know also.

Reminds me of that quote from Michael J Fox in "Back To The Future" that goes:: "If you put your mind to it, you can accomplish anything!"
That is true to real life as well I think..
I think worrying may come from the fear that something will turn out bad..in these situations I think it's best to do what we can to prepare ourselves for it, and have lot's of hope...and don't dwell on the bad..

I worry about some things but once the actual event happens, I realise that I was worrying about nothing.
I think what you're describing is more a lack of confidence in your own abilities than worrying.
Be strong mentally, realise that you can do anything you desire, and you will start to have more confidence in yourself and your abilities.
same thing here the event turns out to be fun and nothing stressful about it.
