He looks like a controlled stutter but speaks quite well. What do you think?

If I did a video, it's likely that I'd not stutter at all...because I tend to be more fluent when I'm in front of a microphone. I would be hesitant to do a video, however, since I do NOT like to hear myself talk. It's like a mirror in front of my face.
