Speech is almost entirely about breathing.
Listen to yourself breathe.
You will find you barely even breathe at all.
So you need to practice. And it is going to be work.
Whenever you have a spare moment, listen to yourself breathe.
Are you breathing? Breathe more deeply.
Breathe more slowly. Settle down.
Regulate your breathing.
BREATHE.
Say nothing. Just breathe.
Don't explain anything. Nothing needs explaining.
Just breathe.
Don't repeat yourself. People will soon learn to listen more carefully to you.
Just breathe.
And then come back and tell everyone how you almost completely eliminated your stuttering.
