Hi everyone,
I always tried hiding the stuttering because a different speech is not accepted. In addition, a non-completely perfect speech is reason of mockery. Thus, a PWS has to deal with all the anguish, suffering, blame, embarrassment, frustration, shameful and having a label of that.
Nowadays, I am trying not being ashamed of this sickness anymore. Thus, I could accept me better. I know there is a long way but someday I had to start.
Although living focused on hiding, concealing, and fighting against stuttering, currently I have talked about it. Surprisingly, this subject intrigues fluent people. They know nothing about it, but want to know. I always ask them to avoid laughing.
My is slgo74 at hotmail dot com. I’ll be glad to be in contact with you.
I apologize for my mistakes.
