....well, we all have them, sometimes more than moments, I'm sure and when I try to capture them and think about what I'm saying and how I'm saying it well, there's nothing there. It's a simple case of me opening my mouth and talking. I'm curious as to how this is for others, too; what happens in your moments of fluency, because I'm sure that for most of us, it's reduced to the simplest of physical equations - that we simply open our mouths and talk....

I have been very fluent amazingly lately 3 days ago.
My therapist told me to release the tension I have on my tongue, and throat, and shoulder. I focused on releasing the tension for about 2 minutes.
I read about 6 pages with no pressure, no stutter for a friend.
My friend and I were shocked how fluent my voice box had become, and so much joy I gained.
I am trying to use this technique always.
Just to focus on releasing the tension from my body and voice box.
