been a stutter since i was 4(according to my parents).
secondary school(high school) was the norm for a stutterer bullying, embaressment etc.
to top this all up
i was assaulted and had to stand up in the court room in front of many people and the accused.
before i was called into the court room i felt relaxed.
when i was called in i tried not to look at anyone who was there, only spoke when i was asked a question.
any how the event for me was a success.
as for the accused he rightly got put into jail.
:D
it seems that a stutter is consious about his/her disabilty and what the listner may think.
