Do you guys ever get it... you phone up a company and lets say that it doesn't go to well. They then say that they will contact you or send you information and they don't. Probably because they think you are incapable of doing the course/job in question.

At first i thought people were just forgetfull, now it has happened to me 5 or 6 times and it is starting to offend me. Just because i have a stammer and am crap on the phone it doesn't mean i can't do what i want to do.

Does anyone else get this and what do they do about it?

Get used to it.
I remember a time when people actually did what they said they would do, and their word was their bond.
It was a simple matter of courtesy and honour
These days, neither one is anywhere to be found.
It is probably nothing to do with your stutter, but more to do with them simply losing interest when they find somebody else they prefer.
Good manners would demand that they show you some courtesy, but as I said, good manners are curiously absent lately.
