Hello cuterita - I have used self-hypnosis/relaxation/other self-help tapes/cd's for many years. Most of the self-help recordings with a subiminal messages have relaxing and meditative sounds and music with them. I believe that the real benefit from these is the relaxation and mindfulness that you allow yourself while listening. From my experience, I like the relaxation effects and most allow for that.
Advertisers are always accused of using subiminal to alter the thinking of consumers. It's effectiveness has been questioned for many years by health professsionals.
Just my view.

Well I searched the internet and found this title "Stop Stuttering! Ultrasonic Subliminal Programming! NEW!",it seems interesting so I tried to purchase it but I couldn't coz I'm from Lebanon which is not included in the paypal list.
What should I do in this case?does anyone has already this file or any other subliminal file
thanks
I bought a CD, not sure if its subliminal or more on hypnosis.
Never really finished listening to it, but it just talked you through taking you to your 'happy place' where you're comfortable and relaxed about your speech.
Not sure how much it'd help, but i'll try uploading it for anyone who wants to try it.

Hi All,
Let me preface what I am going to say by saying I don't believe in any "Cure" Hypnosis, pills, or devices. I've learned that if you really want something you have got to work - work hard to get it.
With that in mind..
About 12 months ago I attended a management conference with my company, At it there was a guy giving a presentation on Motivation and goal setting, He was one of the first guys to really get me thinking about tackling my speech. After that I had seen a TV show done by Paul McKenna (An English Hypnotist) In it he apparently cured people of various phobia and afflictions. (Yes one of they was stammering) However I remained sceptic.
I purchases two of his books "Instant Confidence" and "Change your life in 7 Days" both of which have Self hypnosis CDs.
I must say that I found them very useful, and still do, Not directly for my stammer but around getting me motivated and helping me to see my true goals and values. Indirectly, It has helped me and how I deal with my stammer imensely.
Since then I have also picked up a book called "Seven habits of Highly successfull people" By Stephen R Covey This is a heavier read but well worth it, not only for finding the motivation for tackling your speech problems, but in general.
At the moment I'm still working on my "Private Victories" as Covey calls them
Believe me..some "victories" make me feel like I've climbed Everest.
Always on the Journey...
Charlie
