Blocks: Blocks happen when you stop speaking before a sound or during a sound or word. This is because the airflow, voice, and muscles involved in speech suddenly stop working together and become stuck. this is what i search from google and the result meaning of block (http://www.latrobe.edu.au/istutter/?q=node/67). so if this meaning or therory is correct, how to maintain correct air flow? can we control it or we just cant do any thing about block? or we just need some practice to overcome block?

Do you remember, by chance, the theme of the film Karate Kid 2 ? "Best way avoid punch, no be there"--- Well, in my experience, the answer to your question follows a similar theme--- You don't ALWAYS block.. You can exercise techniques to make the BLOCK never occur-- When there is no block, there IS no struggle..there IS no stutter..so, instead of focusing on the SYMPTOM-- if you remove the CAUSE/the block--you wont need to worry abotu the nature of the struggle because there will be none = D get it ?

ok, my instructions in the other folder/ the 'techniques' folder --from last week--outline basic directions for technique to make blocks not happen...when blocks don't happen, no struggle is required.
