It's interesting that you have problems saying "Hello", because I have problems saying the equivalent of "Good morning" ("Bom dia", in Portuguese). I think the problem is not related to the letter itself (H or B) but rather to the fact that it is the first word that many times you need to say when initiating speech. So, if you meet someone and initiate speech with a word different than "Hello" and you say "Hello" only afterwards you will probably be ok. At least for me, this is how it works.
In english i have also troubles saying H and W words, but in finnish its pretty much all the words that start with a vocal i find hard to say, and there's a lot of them.
Both in finnish and english i struggle a lot with R and S words. Its interesting, same tricks help with H words in english and with vocals in finnish. The sound kind of gets stuck in your throat, so before saying the word i try to relax my throat and then breath out the word, like the first sound would be just a silent breath. It helps if im not under too much pressure.

That's interesting. H words are probably the easiest words for myself to say. I even had a (school) therapist once try to tell me to silently start sentences with the H sound and continue with my sentence.

Those are some of my worst words: "Who, How, Where, Why, When, Which, He, Hello, Hi, Hot...", I just cant seem to get enough air no matter how big a breath I take. I start then whoosh all the air gets out even before I begin to vocalise??? Then by the time I start to make a sound I have no air and then I have to breathe in again because I need Oxygen to live and then its the same thing again.
I really am almost at my wits end. But sometimes if I remember to say "so" and then the word eg "So how is he?" then I can usually wrangle it. But even S can be a problem and u can end up standing there hissing WTF?
Or minimise the enunciation of the H like "So 'ow is 'e?" Or say it in Arabic:p
Nowadays I have a bit of a grip on w coz they easy to prolong but h still leaves me gasping.
