Very interesting. I meditate quite a bit using the same breathing techniques you mention, but have yet knew of a way to incorporate stuttering therapy in my meditations. Thanks for the tips/lessons; I will definitely give them a try.

thanks smoothtalker, theres a few things i want to change on the website but for now thats the basic idea.
they have helped me out alot, i learned these techniques from a buddhist monk, and am happy to share them, am also working on putting some guided audio meditations on there too.
