I've been "putting up with" my speech problem for too many years, but I'm finally prepared to deal with it.

I'm just looking for advice on where to start. What's one simple thing i Can start with to help me on the path to fluency?

I'm not looking for a whole start to finish methodology, just one specific technique, in detail, that I can begin to use. as i get a little further with it, i'll seek out where to take it from there.

thanks everyone!

i have been dealing with my stutter for too long to  and im starting out as well . but what i heard is to breath in and say the words slower . also when you speak let the air out as you speak. another tip is to think before you speak and speak the word your dtuck on in your mind then say it . im struggling now but il eventually get better .

so i hope that helps if not research the internet man dont pay for therapy yet try it on your own . :)
