I was a severe stutterer, with stammering, blocks, facial contortions and the whole bit. The speecheasy gave me 99% fluency as it has for thousands of people.

After being active in stuttering organizations for many years, I would say the above statement is correct. Also, for many, it works for a little while and then stops working. A small number of people do report long term success.
