dont try books for the 1st time, i recomend you see a larynologist (or ear mouth and nose surgeon) to see if the problem is not physcial, then see either a speech therapist if its not physical or a clinical psycologist because like me it could be related to anxiety

Just remember that if you don't slow down and give yourself control over your speech, no technique in this world will work. My advice: Slow down and speak with authority.

slow and steady wins the race, and remember to think positive and u gotta stop thinking of what other people are thinking bout u

I would reccommend Beyond Stammering;

Instead of intending to say full sentences, pretend the first syllable of each new sentence is the ONLY one you are going to say-- say it gently and softly---after it's been COMPLETELY spoken--then say the rest of the sentence as an afterthought. Each time you need to take a new breath--to the brain, that's a new sentence.

You realy do love Schwartz don't you Andy as you still believe in his airflow program! Nothing wrong with that. Well, at least he has changed your life, as many others have failed his program.

Schwartz may be very nice, but he needs to be more open-minded when it comes to stuttering treatments. Life is not an airflow technique schwartz.
