I am new:) , a 34 years old female stutterer. I have a lot of problems as every stutterer. I can control my stuttering when I speak my homeland language. I live in Canada so I speak English and I don't have any control when I speak English. I am happy that I joined the forum. I can share my thoughts with people who are like me.

Welcome to the board. Female stutterers are rare. I hope your condition is not bad and doesn't affect your work and private life. Good luck to you wherever you go.

In my case it's vice versa. In German I stutter worse than in English where I have sort of more control. And I can read nearly fluently in Spanish.
