The worst day ever.... :(

I don't know what is wrong with me today. I can't even answer the phone, I keep blocking and stuttering.. what am I going to do. :( ( I am at work too, so that is double bad).

I've never had problems answering phones, it's just when I have to make a call to someone. Today, I can't even pick up the phone without doing it.

Try relaxing before making a call. Close your eyes and count to 10 slowly. Then when you feel ready pick up the phone and make the call. Also take one more deep breath before starting to talk to the other person.

We all have those days where it seems like it's impossible to say even the simplest things. Just look toward the future and hope that tomorrow will be a better day.

well, I had a nice guy come in and cheer me up a little. Maybe this day will get better. I try breathing and counting to ten when I am making a call, but when the phone rings it's harder said than done. I try to make it a joke and most people laugh, one person asked if I just got my tongue pierced! hehe, yeah.... RIGHT! :)
