I will keep the year 2008 in mind as the year in which my personality has changed a lot for the better. On New Year's Eve I'll hopefully get really drunk, so that I won't remember it the next day. lol
Now the forecast for 2009: Nothing will change....................................really nothing........................................... ............................................... except for one little thing. A strong and powerful authority will return with slightly modified national anthem.

New Year's 2008? Lots of booze and make-out sessions. ;)
2009? Hopefully an even better year than 2008, if I have anything to do with it.

I don't really do anything on New Year's Eve. Last year we had a little get together at my house, but probably not this year. This year I'll probably just stay up with hubby, watch the ball drop, and give him a smooch at midnight.
In 2009 I will hopefully: get another dog, graduate from college, get a good job, and lose 20-40 more pounds :)

I think we're going to a party. I doubt I'll get really drunk, but my gf agreed to be the driver so it's an open possibility.
In 2009, we're getting married, and I'm hoping to go back to school full-time so I can be finished in the next couple of years.
I haven't looked that far ahead.
I am far too busy dealing with today.
My chimney fell down, there's five feet of snow around my house I will have to move.
Both wild cats we rescued are puking up tapeworms.
My 4x4 is buried so deep I can't find it.
But my roofs finally shed twenty tons of snow so they will not cave in yet...
Things could be worse: I could be living in a city apartment.
Nothing, but nothing, beats real life.
I am as content as I could ever hope to be.

I will be hosting a party at my apt. Had my first one last year and it was a huge success. About 30 people showed up, and everyone had a great time. Hopefully it will be like that this year as well! I'll have tons of food, beers, wine, liquor and of course, a few bottles of the bubbly :D

I will probably be staying at home, trying to keep my mom awake to watch the ball drop with me. :D Since I've always been staying up until Midnight to see that ever since I was eight years old (so this will be the eighth year!).
In 2009...I will be turning seventeen, I will take the ACT for hopefully the second and last time (I just want to improve my math score), and I'll be a SEN10R. It's sometimes hard to believe how the years have gone by so fast, especially in high school. So that means I'll be ordering my cap and gown and other senior stuff. (I'm not going any further 'cause doing that would probably go into 2010. :p)

This year many of my relatives will come to our house to celebrate new year. We always have a lot of fun when we do that...
