Has anyone tried The Starfish Project to help them control their stammer?

Yes I have... I've attended the course and gone back as a refresher. I've found it to be excellent :)

Have you attended or are you thinking of attending?

Ahh, I see from other messages that you and you daughter have already attended the course - brilliant :) I've only have positive things to say about it and about Anne Blight!

I didn't try it but think it might be helpful. It certainly can't hurt you. Also hopefully it's not very expensive... ;)

I myself certainly found it helpful and it's not, in comparison to many of the suggestions offered here, too expensive: UK250 with free lifetime support and the ability to return to the course for free any time after your first course.

It's UK250 for the course and lifetime support (phone support, returning to the course again whenever you want and local support groups)... the hotel charge about UK180 for the residential aspect (which includes breakfast and dinner).
