Hiya, i joined this forum about a year ago but haven't posted a lot

I developed a stutter at the age of 7 and had OCD at 17, due to a combination of heavy stressfull situations I had a breakdown at 27, I was diagnosed with paranoid schizophrenia 22 years ago - some of the nicest people i've ever met have Mental Health issues.
I hope I can be helpfull to everyone here
