Hiya everyone, very happy to be a member of this . :D
Im 15 and from ireland :cool: I stammered/stutered for as long as i can remember. Since I was small, I always had speech therapy, but that didn't really work. But I was diagnosed with a nurological condition when my stammering settled down then flared back up. It has a big fancy name and Im not going to bore you. Anyway 3 brain surgerys, steroids/medication & lumbar punctures later. We were discussing my speech with my therapist and were wondering if they could at all be connected? Nuro conditions and speech/stammering? Does anyone have any knowledge of this!?
Anyway, Speech got really bad and never really improved! Its really frustrating :mad: !!!! Everyday tasks just take it out of you. Making calls/ordering food etc. And school! lets not even get started!
