hey all,

im a stutterer since as long as i can remember, in my early school days stuttering was bad but gradualy it got better, and there was a point in my life when in my collage my classmates use to say that '' you dont stutter anymore''
i never had any problem with my stuttering in my collage days, although i use to struggle saying ''21'' my Roll Number.:p

now i have just completed my MBA and im noticing that my stuttering is getting worse.......its frustrating, like today i was speaking and i almost stuttered at every word, it never happened before......im scared
anyone else had that problem????????

My stutter is day-to-day like it's a roller coaster ride with mine. Today mine is pretty good considering I didn't really sleep that well last night. There might be environmental factors that's causing your stutter to get worse. Like you mentioned you just finished getting you MBA (congratulations by the way!) and now you have to look for a job. Try some relaxation techniques like yoga (I hear works) or some exercise.

Man I know that is so frustrating. My stutter varies in severity day to day, week to week, month to month, year to year. Last semester, I was realy stressed out so it was really bad! This semester classes are easier, so it's more mild. I think outside factors affect my stutter a lot.

Worrying about it or being scared is only counter productive. It will only build up tension and anxiety which actually makes it worse.

Start practicing your technique more, doing relaxation exercises and try to visualize the time when you didn't stutter so severe. So you can get the good feeling big.
