I used it a while back for a short time but for me I didn't notice any change. Some people on here in the past though have said it has worked for them so hopefully it will give you a positive result.

i used it for a month and if anything i was stuttering worser... im using gaba now and i started feeling a lil calmer.. dunno if it has any effect on my stuttering yet tho
