Stuttering in a foreign language

I think I already know the answer to this question, but does anybody here speak any foreign languages, and if you do, do you find you stutter more or less? My wife is hispanic, and when her family hears me stuttering when I speak Spanish, they assume I am stuttering because Spanish is not my first language. My wife is quick to tell them I stutter just as bad in English! Ha.Ha.

I speak English fairly well and have some knowledge in French, Spanish and Japanese and I find that its at the same level.:o

Sometimes you can get away with the blocks because people think you are looking for some word when you really aren't
