Hello to all from Northern California. I've been browsing around a while and thought I'd join. I have been stuttering all of my life and, to be quite blunt, I hate it in the deepest of morbid passion. My mom tells me I shouldn't hate anything, but she has never stuttered.

Brother I hear you, I think we all hate it. I get funny looks everyday. Some people automatically think I am a little slow other think I am beeing silly at first and start laughing, ouch that sucks. I think my Col stated it the best "that is you and don't hide it". I know easier said than done. I wish I could roll with that advise but easier said than done.
