I bought an in-ear metronome in a music store. it cost me little less that 25
and it goes like a bluetooth...when I speak, I turn it on and I speak in the same pace as the metronome.

Do not ask me much thechnical detail, because I just bought it today, and so far so good.

the name is "metrognome MM-1" and it is a metronome used by musicians wearable like a bluetooth.

I started to have carryover fluency, and I have only 4 days when I started to use it. But also I am using "ativan", and some supplements
like 5htd, manganese, calcium , zinc, b complex. fluency improved 50%
no change since I started on saturday

It's great that it seems to help you. But be warned. The effect from it might wear off... To prevent this, also practice speech rules everyday in your spear time.

It sounds something like the speech easy. Just cheaper. And I imagine bigger.
