Hello, I've been stuttering for a little more than 20 years and I'm highly motivated to get rid of it once and forever. So far, I've tried a lot of things like getting drugs, reading books, etc. but the effect wasn't permanent. Recently, I've heard about stuttering therapies and I'm asking for an advice- should I undergone such a therapy and which one is the best.
For every stutterer there is a way of therapy that helps him in his own way...
I've tried too many ways of therapy including hypnotherapy etc. but the only therapy i found is a little effective on me is speech therapy..
u should find out your own therapy that works well for you.

Therapy never worked for me but it has worked for other people. The speecheasy worked for me but it did not work for other people. Everyone being different you don't know until you try.

Exactly we are all different and the cause of our stutters is probably very varied also. Try a few, do some research and try to find people who have tried/failed/succeeded with a program/technique. Watch out for the quacks out there looking for a quick buck online
I quite like this little guide
