why do I stutter ?

I will speak about my case,I dont stutter with my friend they do not even know,
I can go to supper market and get what I want, this will happen when I have feeling I will not stutter, but some times I can not do that,
I tried to know the reason why do I or dont stutter
some times I spoke to my manger so clear with confidential some time I am not ,
I need to make my self so calm to speak very well, I must make my self look dizzy man,
my sister stuttered when she was young but now she is ok, I think I need to anesthetize my self :(

Confidence and perseverance man. Stuttering sucks. I think we can all agree on that. It is random and nonsensical at times. But it will only make us stronger. Talk to your sister, ask what she did to cope when she was affected by stuttering. Do you have an SLP you work with for your stuttering? Talk to them, and family and friends about what your going through. Believe me, it helps!

first what is SLP ?
my sister just turn on:o she speaks well since she was 6 , but I am now 26 and she is 20
any way I need any one to confirm this with me, the cure is to be very cold man speak so slowly like dead man
I tried to do that and I am doing well, be frigid

An SLP is a Speech Language Pathologist. Depending on what country your in, they may have a different name (I don't know). Try speaking softly and with lots of pauses. That's what works for me.

I also recommend looking into the ISA (International Stuttering Association). I personally am not a member of this group, but I am a member of a similar group in the US (which I have found extremely helpful).

Joe Biden is putting a lot of expression and emphases in his speech. He only pauses when he wants to. He comes across even more convincing than his own true convictions are (this part I do not recommend.)

All kind of mechanical patterns used in speaking in real daily situations is bad news and paves the way to hell for any stuttering person. Show me one person who cls he has used mechanical speech successfully to recover from stuttering and there you have a person who is either lying to sell something or fooling himself or talks really funny and still stutters also.

For practice you can even speak with singing and extra breathing and wonder how well stuttering is reduced. But if you use singing in real situations with zeal and determination, then the damage it will cause will be serious. Speaking monotone with mechanical pauses in real situation damages just as well.

What I am describing is a sing-song voice or monotone but simply speaking more flowingly. I agree with you that mechanical talking is the way to hell.
