I need to share this point with u , the most thing make me very frustrated,
when two eyes taking about me , when I take to two people , they look to each other and there eyes say oh he is queer , I need in this time to say
hay I can hear please do not hurt me :mad: , I am very normal like u,
oh my god they do not stop speaking with these loud eye contact ,
why people think we are blind I just can not speak fluently,
I can work better then u ,
but on the other hand I need to make good picture for me , Need to make friend, need to make my manger feel I am quite normal,

Some eye motion would be subconcious behaviour any way. We all do it when mixing with people, including yourself.

Try not to take it personally..... I know how frustrating that is, and if it REALLY bothers you... Tell them! It will make you feel better to get it off your chest instead of holding all these feelings inside...IMO.
