When you are thinking of the words, instead of thinking it in your normal tone of voice, add a 'word punch' or 'power punch'. To me it's kind of like yelling the word/phrase in your mind. Try it out and see if it works for you.

I just signed up to give this tip to some of you guys. Please comment if it works or not. The youtube video is 'stutter NLP intro'.

On a side note, we take in suggestions through sounds and images everyday since we were born. If we are repeatedly exposed to it, it can have an influence on us whether good or bad. What I"m trying to say it 'what you focus on is what you get' so please remove all words that have a connection to stuttering from your live an bombard yourself with words like 'smooth' or 'flow' and over time it can help.

Could you please tell me more what it is about? I would be very grateful.

I'm not completely sure, but I think it has to do with how your thoughts are formed.
He talks about a radar, where in your mind you have a field of thoughts or phrases you are going to speak and the 'word punch' he demonstrates helps

Tricks are just that tricks, what happens when you use tricks is soon they wear off, and you have to ad other tricks and soon it all backfires and you end up with crazzy secondary symptoms one added on to the next. All just complicating your speech even more. People mean well when they tell you tricks , but dont fall for it they dont work.
