Hello to everyone! I would be most grateful if I could get the views, whether they be positive or negative. As you are aware as a stammerer, the difficulties you face dealing with public service call centres. Being a former stammerer, I fully understand, and have been thinking long and hard about how I could do it. I am researching into starting a mystery shopping company, and thats were I need your advice. I would be looking if the feedback is good to employing stammerers, to make calls to public services and report back on a regular basis. How would YOU as a stammerer feel completing such tasks? :)

I'm not sure what you are trying to accomplish with your company. Are you trying to see how receptive phone centres are to stutterers?

As for me, I call phone centres all the time. I don't care if I stutter or not, as long as I get my point across eventually.

I am comfortable on the phone. You want some stammers to call public service centres for research purpose on how they deal with stammers. Right!!! I too don't really understand.
