And I was completely fluent. Probably as close to 100% as I've ever been. In everything, from the conversations, to the reading to the sentences readings.

Of course I recalled just yesterday I was talking to one of my friends at school and I was so bad I could barely get a word out.

It's just disappointing because even with all the minor victories, I still feel like a stutterer who is occasionally fluent. Not a fluent speaker who occasionally stutters.

Dear ForeverYoung (How old are you?)

Being evaluated as a stutterer is where you are "IT". It is where you have the permission to talk (presenting your fluency or lack of it.) It means you have no neurological defect that can not be compensated with your billions of brain cells. Even, any psychological phobia can not stop you from being fluent. Except you lack a license that permits you to talk in everyday life.

I suggest to go to your school principal and ask him/her to prepare an official license that you have permission to speak fluent or with stuttering. Have many people you meet often to sign it and accept its authenticity. Keep the license with you all the time and go conquer the world.
