Welcome to the forum. Pagoclone is still in the testing stage as far as I know but people taking part in the trial have mainly said positive things about it.

I read it'll be a couple of years before it's on the market. In the meantime, I'm considering other medications though. Check out the linked article:

I think it wouldn't be too difficult to see your family doctor and request these.

If you want to stick over the counter, I hear 50mg of vitamin B6 taken 3x/day has worked for some..hope that helps
