Now you are getting there my friends. Let me explain a bit more. We all try to treat our speech as it is; part of our self; portion of our personality; segment of our abstract thinking and all this is true. Our speech is all of that. Now! What is that we like to have? We need a new speech, not a corrected one. We need to find a new face for our comunication aparatus. Now think for a moment that the way you talk is like a normal woman in the morning. No make up, no fitting dress, no sharm no grace. Just a woman that like everybody else in the morning wakes up with bad breath, the hair in disorder and very disoriented.
What does she?
She wash her face and puts on the make up. Coms her hair. Puts on the best dress and her red shoes. Transformed this way she presents her self in public and no one really knows how she really is.
So! Treat the way you talk like something that needs a big change, but not a one time change; you have to change every morning till the day that this becomes your second nature.
You cannot change your genes, what you can do is to teach your ugly lady (your spech) how to become a beautiful lady, every morning, of every day, of every week, of every month, till it comes to you naturaly.

Some tips:
1- Ssssliding is the best way to start a sentence, even if you are not going to stutter.
2- Low key voice, as low as you can.
3- Follow as much as you can what the other is saying.(We tend not to follow the thinking of the person we are talking with)
4- If you block, stop! Smile, breath and then speak, sssssliding on the first sound of the first word.

I don't want to be disrespectful, but I still don't get the lady thing. I really don't see the difference. I understand about treating your self-esteem. I take a shower almost every morning, comb my hair, and wonder if today I wear braids, pony tail, or hand loose just behind the ears. Now, if I were to put on makeup and those red shoes, how about a Wal-Mart special, will I stop stuttering. I understand that part, loving or caring for yourself, taking pride in your appearance.

We all are not our best in the morning, I love mornings, and maybe we do forget what we take for granted. We all let out fluffies in bed, use the toilet and the inner self takes a while to wake up.

I have this on my wall and I'll rewrite the last sentence. 'If there is no change, there is no change'. I get the change part. I like that one, "When you change your attitude, it changes everything". I read Tony Robbins and other self-help guru's books and they have helped.

This is what I see, Native American point of view, you work on your inner-self and the outside enviroment will change. Rome is was not built in a day, kind of thinking. That is what I'm reading from your post.

Dear friend!
Thank you for taking time reading my message. I'm sorry that I did not explain better my "Lovely LADY". Dear friend. I'm not to take better care of your person, because I'm sure that you do that. You have to treat your speach in the same way like a lady treats her self. This means that you have to find the best way to say a sentence. The morning of your LOVELY LADY is the first word of the sentence. The getting out is your second word and you have to find the way to keep your concentration. The third word is like a lady walks between the cars in trafic. The end of the sentence is the "going back home". The lady feels tired but she still keep her aperence up.
NOW! EXPERIMET! Find the best way to act out your sentence. Find out what is best for your LOVELY LADY. You have to change your speech to the point that at the beguining may look unnatural, but after a few days everything will become normal and your new speech patern will adapt to your old caracter and its new look.
I know that it is a bit confusing but if you understand the system, you have found YOUR WAY.
If you have any question, please ask.
