Seems just like regular speech therapy using the easy onset to me. It probably works. Everytime I get nervous and I'm about to speak I find myself subconciously using the easy onset. Another thing you may want to try is a metronome set it really slow and slowly increase the speed the more you use it.

I stumbled across neuropatterning a few years ago and it has been very useful in increasing my fluency. I happen to have the course open in front of me at this time and have finished another session. I presently do 20 minutes of the exercises and ten minutes of reading out loud. My last hurdle is speaking to management groups and video conferences when I present my project updates. When I get lazy and don't practice for a few weeks my fluency takes a down turn. This course is worth trying, i know the feeling that nothing will work for my stutter. But I also know that hoping it will go away does not work.
