Hello All,
I stopped taking Buspar because it was making me dizzy. I stopped taking Propranolol at the same time. After a couple of days I noticed my stuttering increased. I resumed taking 60 mgs of propranolol which brought little relief. I increased my dosage to my prescribed level of 120 mgs. After two days I noticed a significant decrease in stuttering. I also felt less tense which I believe is conducive to increased fluency. Until Pagoclone is available I'm staying with propranolol.

I can not wait untill Pagoclone is available. Heck, if I was a pharmacist (providing I had the resources) I would probably make it myself.
Congratulations for your success using Propanol.

Yes, it's still helping. Like I stated in earlier posts, my stutter has decreased, I still stutter but nothing near how I used to stutter. Propranolol works differently for each person so you have to take it and see how it affects you. It slows your heart rate which produces a calming effect. Since I stopped taking Buspar I have no side effects except a lowered heart rate. I'm still able to exercise and all of that good stuff.
