Hello Everyone!

I am Wendy. I am quite a severe stutter. I am looking for any solutions or ways or idea that can help improve my stuttering. I do hope for a cure, but i know it will take time. I am open to suggestions and ideas.

I am very happy to be a member here. It is not easy to be alone. I have cousins, nephews and nieces who are stutters too. I am glad to make friends with anyone out there.

welcome, Im new here too. You can try therapy..or botox injections (hahha), but I doubt they'll work. there probably won't be a cure in the near future. my best advice is to accept it, dont let it control your life, and TRY to think of it as a blessing. try to talk to your family and your friends about it, let them understand what you're going through and you'll have a much easier time going through life.

Hi Wendy,

I recently joined and was reading some old posts. I too am a severe stutterer. I have found in the past speaking to others who stutter, be it in person or over the phone, reinforces the fact that I am not alone.

If you ever want to try the phone thing, let me know.
