I just wish all of us to be at the same table, we ain't even got to speak just look each other in the eye and realize that we kinda lived the same life. We went to hell together.
Being a teenager I turned to violence, I done alot of bad things just because of frustration. But now, I turned 21, and can really say that I earned an important thing from this devil inside of me: being a better man, a mature man.
It makes me think sometimes are we supposed to be in this position? Are we molded like this to be better people when we will overcome this 'disease', because it can be overcomed, I dit it before for like 3 years, but losing my best friend and God knows how many other problems made stuttering a part of my life again.
I just wish to find a girlfriend that been through the same things, I don't wish for a beauty queen, cause I often rejected many beautifull women because of you know what.
By any chance, If a women from Romania is reading this forum, I'm 21, pretty good looking (humbly speaking) :)). Ok for real just send me a Pm or something I don't know how this works.
Stay strong, change gonna come!

Its very poetic and nice to think like that, that this makes us stronger or better poeple, and thats true for alot of different things, but stuttering is just different. As much as i would like it to not be like this, its just how it works.
Sure there are some good things in getting a stutter, but you can find positive things in every situation. But to say that the good outways the bad because of the way it molds us or changes us, just isnt true...
We can get our confidence from from logic like i posted eairlier, and just try to live lives as happy as possible...and somehow try to keep the anger and frustration out of our minds

I have the same dream as you do! I wish someday we could just sit together at the same table and just look at each other in the eye. I hope we can all speak fluently some day, or everyone in this world becomes a stutterer. Imagine what the world would be like... No discrimination, no strange looks... I must admit that this thought is a bit evil though ;-)
