Hello everybody. I was curious if any of you had any tips for overcoming and breaking through speech blocks. I've noticed with my speech in the past year or two that I've been more affected by blocks than stuttering. In addition, my blocks will often result from my mind anticipating a block rather than a block occurring during speech.
There are many posts discussing various techniques to avoid stuttering, but there aren't too many involving getting through blocks. Any tips you can share would be greatly appreciated.
