Just to let people know that if you're interested in the Starfish Project or have heard about it and want see to see what it's like for yourself there are several videos at

The videos offer an introduction to the Starfish Project's technique and the exercises on the course.
I'm posting this mainly because there have been some misinformation and misrepresentations about the Starfish Project on this board - I feel that it's important that people make up their own minds.
