My teeth hurt soooooo bad!!!! I got my braces off two years ago, and I had been given a retainer to wear. I wore it for about a year, but that's it. Then today I went to the dentist and he said if I don't wear it, I may have to get braces again. So I was like "Ok, I'll do it". I didn't think it would be bad. Wrong, to the max. My teeth feel like they will tear out of their "sockets" any moment. I'm trying to drag out this message as long as I can because it takes my mind off my teeth.
