Hello sruti,

Fear not, i know how you feel, the turning point for myself was when i simply stopped worrying about what others thought (i know it aint simple to do this). I find that if i think 'how will they react....... will they look at my funny.... will they just walk off...etc) they im doomed, but the times when i dont consider this, my stammer goes away. Anyway, i am about the same age as you, well a year younger and im really keen to try and help anyone at all. Dont get me wrong, i still stammer from time to time, but i have learnt to live with it and feel 100% comfortable with my stammer.

I hope you can find answers to any questions you have and if you ever wanna chat, send me an email.

All the best

Lee

Welcome Sruti,
My people were once call Indians and they are a few that still call themselves that. Now, in the US, they are call Native American and in Canada, First Nation. Anyhow, welcome and looking forward in hearing about your experiences and your comments.
