I'll have to go for England, as long as Crouch does not take any more penalties, and Gerard takes his shooting boots! I hope Rooney makes it.

If not England, then I quite fancy Spain, though they always seem to underperform on the major stage. The Spanish league teams Barcelona and Seville have dominated the European cups this season.

I quite fancy Holland, but hope England do it, I think this is one of the most open world cups so far.

i hope rooney makes it too, he's the one player that sets us apart from the other teams in the group.

We'll hopefully win our earlier matches without him Paraguay, Trinidad and Tobago anyway..

I was going for Poland, but they didn't even win a game. Then I was going for Germany, I was sure this was there year, but they can going at best get third place. Now I am going for Italy! I admitt that France is good, but I believe that Italy is better.

Now on the subject of England. I do believe they are a good team. But Beckham was just slowing them down. They only used him for Corner kicks and they occasional goal or two. I am happy for the team that he is retireing, maybe they'll have a better chance in South Africa!
