i feel like i can't do anything

at 17, all i do is think about how much better my life would be if i didn't stutter. if i could simply say what i wanted to whenever i wanted.

can't really make friends, that requires lots of talking. can't talk to girls, that requires even more talking and projecting your personality. how would a girl have any interest in me if i can't even introduce myself properly and ask her what her name is?
