how do u react for free advices?

hello friends.i was just curious to know how do u people react when somebody gives you free advice.yesterday i faced such situation when one of my distant aunt called me and started give me free advices about my career and life.i felt very bad because she was suggesting some odd jobs even though i am qualified more than that .i am trying very hard to overcome the feelings associated with stammering,such judgements from people make me very depressed because they just do not understand our problem.i decided not to react to such comments because this is my life and i know better than anyboby whats good for me and how to move ahead in life.i think we feel easily bad because we give lot of importance to others.

I agree with you. I will listen to what people have to say, but when it comes to make a decision. I have to live with that decision, good or bad. To friends and family that are important to me, I will listen a little harder and seriously think about what they said. The rest I tend to forget pretty quickly what is said, concerning advice. I believe that the best advice is given, when it is asked for.
