Putting your finger in your left ear - phone technique

I find I can speak better if I completely block my left ear up by putting my finger in it. This makes my voice resonate in my head and it really helps.

I have also plugged up my left ear with an ear plug when speaking in front of a group and its also helped a lot.

Interesting. I may need to try this one out. I'm trying to find different techniques to help with my stuttering and I will try anything.

That sure does sound interesting, that my help my problem. I am going to try that out tommorow by speaking to the mirror and imagining as if it's someone else.
The funny thing is that whenever I try to speak to the mirror I feel some fear and scary things that could happen, like suddenly the image talking to you or something like that.
Oh crap I am just making myself feel even more scared.
