It says

There is no shortage of publications and web sites dealing with stuttering these days ... many theories, opinions, and treatments.

By now, you've probably read quite a few!

But success stories are far less common.

well interestingly enough, they don't have any success stories / testimonials on their website either.

I think it's the same audio that one guy posted here a while back that he'd send free to the first 3 people who respond. It sure didnt help for me. But I have been listening to that subliminal CD and it's been only 3 days and I find myself initiating a lot more conversations (of course my stutter is present but not as much... ). It says to use for 30 days to see improvement, I'll let you guys know how it goes. I dont think it'll get rid of stuttering but minimizing is good enough for me, for now.

Do you listen to it on repeat when you are sleeping? I have the same file, that brainwave thing. Listened to it actively for a couple days, then got bored of doing that since I saw no improvement in my speech.
Maybe if I could listen to it overnight, it might have worked better.

I listened to the one innertalk CD (subliminal) overnight on repeat once but I woke up a few times from it so I didnt do that again. Last night I put it on play a single time while going to sleep and it shut off on its own after the 40 or 45 minutes. Yeah I'd try that other thing overnight on repeat for a week and see how it goes.

Keep in mind that guys audio requires you listen on stereo headphones (from what I remember) which is why I didn't listen while sleeping. If you can manage, please let us know how it goes.
