Default Trouble with getting medication

Went to my GP, explained about the anti-anxiety & dopamine in the anti-depressants & how it's helped a few & how i'd like to try it as i've tried a lot of other things. The GP said he wouldn't feel happy prescribing me with such meds so he wrote to my consultant (someone who used to stammer) to see me but he said he won't see me, & instead has wrote out a prescription back to the GP, i'm peed off as i don't know what meds he's prescribed, he's just picked one out of the bag.

I had done research, had a list & story's that i was going to show to help with them choosing but instead, i didn't get to explain this so he's probably prescribed me one that no one's even tried.

Sorry for the rant but everything just seems so hard. Any ideas as this is too important to just try anything, i want someone who's interested & will read my list & work with me in choosing.

/Rant.

Chris.
