Hello all - I can't believe I found people who go through the sme stuff I do!!

I'm 30 years old - stuttered all my life.

I'm not bad talking to people face to face but on the phone it's a nightmare.

I work at a college here in AZ and talk on the phone all day if you can believe that! Lately I've been stuttering more than ever - dopamine levels?

I worry about getting fired but my boss seems to ignore the problem.

Gary, I completely understand what you mean with the phone. I am currently a graduate student in speech-langauge pathology and have to use the phone often. I get sweaty and feel like I will pass out. I hate it!! I have stuttered since I was 11 and now I'm 23. It seems like it will never go away.
